Social media detox entry 1#

I have decided to try a short period away from my social media accounts. No more scrolling through Niall Horan’s Instagram, no more Olly Murs music videos. Now I’m onto day 5, in 5 days my anxiety has decreased, I am less depressed and spending more time outside reading and just feeling more relaxed in general. Over this past year I’ve started to think social media is detrimental to our lives. It’s boring, uninteresting and makes me worried. For now I am enjoying my social media break.
